Zirakpur Phase II
The last date for receipt of applications for Zirakpur Phase II Scheme has since been extended upto 10th February 2012. The scheme is open for the following personnel:
i) IRWO Members (as per Rule 4 of IRWO General Rules),
ii) Blood Relations of IRWO Members, as defined in IRWO General Rules,
iii) Employees of Central Government & Central Government PSUs,
iv) Army/Air Force/Naval Personnel,
v) Employees of State Governments and State Governments PSUs, and
vi) Employees of Nationalized Banks.

Conveyance Deed for the plot of land for Gurgaon Phase II Housing Scheme has since been executed with HUDA. All Allottees of Gurgaon Phase II Scheme (Sector 56) can now execute Conveyance Deed with IRWO representative to register property in their name. Format for execution of Conveyance Deed is available with IRWO Corporate Office which can be obtained on payment of processing fee of Rs.500/-. Processing fee can be paid in cash or DD payable at Delhi. Please click here to download the application form for applying for the Conveyance Deed format.
Further, the registration of the conveyance deed will necessarily be done in the joint name of the allottee and his/her spouse.If the spouse is not alive, the registration may be done in favour of the allottee only or the allotee and the co-owner. For adding the name of the spouse and/or co-owner, please use the prescribed forms at Annexures D to D3 of the IRWO General Rules.

The above scheme is now open from 8th December 2011 to 16th February 2012 for following personnel:

iii) Employees of Central Government & Central Government PSUs,
iv) Army/Air Force/Naval Personnel,
v) Employees of State Governments and State Governments PSUs, and
vi) Employees of Nationalized Banks.

Applicants can give upto three options for the type of dwelling unit required by them. For details on the options, please read Para 2.3 of the brochure.
Allottees remitting dues by RTGS must ensure that the Sender to Receiver Information – item (vi) of IRWO's instructions – is sent immediately to IRWO by post or preferably by email to df at irwo.in to enable us to link the remittance. The information may be sent both if the RTGS request is handed over personally in the Remitting bank and also if the transaction is effected through Internet Banking.
IRWO Members are requested to mention their Primary Registration No. in all their correspondence/proposals/grievances to IRWO's office so as to facilitate the disposal of their cases.
