Zirakpur Phase II
The last date for receipt of applications for Zirakpur Phase II Scheme has since been extended upto 18th April 2012. The scheme is open for the following personnel:
i) IRWO Members (as per Rule 4 of IRWO General Rules),
ii) Blood Relations of IRWO Members, as defined in IRWO General Rules,
iii) Employees of Central Government & Central Government PSUs,
iv) Army/Air Force/Naval Personnel,
v) Employees of State Governments and State Governments PSUs, and
vi) Employees of Nationalized Banks.

Corrigendum in the Brochure: In the Application Form for 'Other Than IRWO Members & Blood Relations' i.e. Annexure 1-C (Original) - Page 19 of Brochure - and Annexure 1-C (Duplicate) - Page 21 of Brochure - please delete the sentence 'I hereby Indemnify IRWO harmless against any claim which may be raised by any allottee as a result of allotment of a Dwelling Unit based on the above particulars.' before the Controlling Officer's signature.

Sonepat/Kundli Phase II
The last date for receipt of applications for Sonepat/Kundli Phase II Scheme has since been extended upto 18th April 2012. The scheme is open for the following personnel:

ii) Blood Relations of IRWO Members, as defined in IRWO General Rules,
iii) Employees of Central Government & Central Government PSUs,
iv) Army/Air Force/Naval Personnel,
v) Employees of State Governments and State Governments PSUs, and
vi) Employees of Nationalized Banks.

Applicants can give upto three options for the type of dwelling unit required by them. For details on the options, please read Para 2.3 of the brochure.

Asansol Phase II
IRWO has acquired land measuring 5.664 acres in Kalyanpur Satellite Township project at Asansol from Asansol Durgapur Development Authority and have already completed the construction of the Asansol Phase I housing scheme. IRWO is now launching Asansol Phase II housing scheme. Booking for the scheme closed on 8th July 2011. Good response has been received for type I units. The scheme is being modified as per demand to obtain approval of Local Authorities.
Hyderabad Phase III
Additional 1.5 acre land in Lingampally Phase-I has been procured from APIIC. Architect has finalised plans for the new scheme. Plans submitted to the authorities have been approved. Booking letters have been issued. Tenders have been finalised and work award letter has been issued. Preliminary works were taken up at site.
Chennai Phase II
Plans for construction of houses have been approved by CMDA. Ambattur Municipality is still to sanction individual plans of the dwelling units. Tenders have been invited and technical bids opened on 20-9-2011 have been finalized. Contract has been awarded.
Bengaluru
Entire 20 acres of land for this project has been purchased and registered in favour of IRWO. Architect for the housing scheme has been appointed. Housing scheme was launched for booking of dwelling units by 17.11.2009. The response has been very good. 286 booking letters have been issued. A General Manager has also been posted in the office already set up. Construction of boundary wall for the land is completed. Application for deletion of land from acquisition has been submitted to Bengaluru Development Authority and is being pursued with them continously.
