Asansol

Handing over of flats has been started. 57 houses have been handed over. 33 vacant plots are available where houses in Phase II are planned for sale to members. Asansol Phase II Scheme was opened for booking from 17.01.2011 to 08.04.2011 and was extended upto 08.07.2011. Good response has been received for type I units. The scheme has been modified as per demand to obtain approval of Local Authorities.

Kolkata Phase III

216 flats have been constructed in Phase IIIA. All allottees have already taken possession.
Construction of 216 more units in Phase IIIB has been taken up. Piles and foundation work has been completed for all 6 blocks. All the 10 floor slabs in each of the six blocks have been cast. Other finishing works are in progress.

Vasundhara Phase II

124 out of 128 dwelling units have been handed over.

Lucknow Phase III

Booking letters have been issued to all eligible applicants. Roof has been cast for all 84 units. Other finishing and external works are in progress along with construction of compound wall. Computerized draw for allotment of specific units was held on 15-12-2011 and allotment letters are under issue. Results of draw are availalable on this website.

Sonepat

Booking letters have been issued to the eligible applicants. Foundation and basement floors have been completed for eleven towers. In eight blocks work has started on construction of upper floors. Roof slabs of 242 type II units out of 260 units, 52 type III units out of 192 units and 54 type IV units out of 106 units have been cast. Scheme was re-opened for booking from 02.03.10 to 31.7.2010 to fill up vacancies. All vacancies in Type II units are filled up. Vacancies are available in Type III & IV for which the scheme was re-opened from 14th March 2011 to 13th June 2011. The scheme has been re-opened for booking for IRWO Members, their blood relations and for outsiders from 08-12-2011 to 16-02-2012.

Ajmer Phase II

Construction of dwelling units has been planned in the plot of land already available in Arjun Lal Sethi Colony, Adarsh Nagar, Ajmer. Booking letters to eligible applicants have been issued. Building plans have been approved by the local authority. Tenders have been finalised and awarded. Work is in progress. Roof has been cast for all units. Finishing and external works are nearly completed. UIT, Ajmer is to provide water, sewer and power connections which is being followed up with them. Date of draw for allotment of specific house shall be announced early.

Moradabad

Land already procured. General layout plan and internal layout plans of houses were finalised. MDA approved the Building Plans on 30.11.2009. Booking letters to the eligible applicants were issued. Construction of boundary wall was completed. Work at site is in progress. Scheme was re-opened from 02.08.2010 to 7.1.2011 to fill up the vacancies. Booking letters to the applicants have been issued. Work at site is in progress.

Zirakpur(Chandigarh)

Registration of land has been done in favour of IRWO for purchase of about 7.46 acres of land at Zirakpur near Chandigarh. Booking letters have been issued to eligible applicants. Architect has been fixed. Building plans have been approved by the local authorities. Construction work is in progress at the site. The scheme was re-opened from 15.07.2010 to 30.11.2010 to fill up vacancies. Good response has been received. All type II units have been booked. Scheme has been opened again for booking of available type III and IV flats for IRWO Members, their blood relations and outsiders from 08-11-2011 to 18-04-2012.

Meerut

5 acres of land have been taken in Shatabdi Nagar from Meerut Development Authority (MDA). Architect has been appointed and plans have been finalised and submitted to MDA for approval. Construction of boundary wall around the plot has been completed. The scheme was closed for booking on 14.10.2009. The response has been very good and all units have been booked. Booking letters have been issued to all the allottees. Building plans have since been approved by Meerut Development Authority. Tenders have been finalised. Foundation and superstructure work upto roof level of 61 units is in progress.
