Conveyance Deed for the plot of land for Gurgaon Phase II Housing Scheme has since been executed with HUDA. All Allottees of Gurgaon Phase II Scheme (Sector 56) can now execute Conveyance Deed with IRWO representative to register property in their name. Format for execution of Conveyance Deed is available with IRWO Corporate Office which can be obtained on payment of processing fee of Rs.500/-. Processing fee can be paid in cash or DD payable at Delhi. Please click here to download the application form for applying for the Conveyance Deed format.
Further, the registration of the conveyance deed will necessarily be done in the joint name of the allottee and his/her spouse.If the spouse is not alive, the registration may be done in favour of the allottee only or the allotee and the co-owner. For adding the name of the spouse and/or co-owner, please use the prescribed forms at Annexures D to D3 of the IRWO General Rules.

Allottees remitting dues by RTGS must ensure that the Sender to Receiver Information – item (vi) of IRWO's instructions – is sent immediately to IRWO by post or preferably by email to df at irwo.in to enable us to link the remittance. The information may be sent both if the RTGS request is handed over personally in the Remitting bank and also if the transaction is effected through Internet Banking.

The last date for registering your dwelling unit in Noida without penalty is already over (9th March). However, in their own interest, those allottees who have not yet applied for the draft conveyance deed, are advised again to submit their application to IRWO for draft conveyance/sub-lease deed immediately. Allottees of Vasundhara Phase II scheme may collect their Possession Letter from IRWO Corporate Office from 28/2/2011 (for Type II & III) and from 25/3/2011 (for Type IV) after clearing their outstanding dues, if any. Possession of the Dwelling Unit may be taken over, thereafter, by 30th June 2011. If possession is not taken over by 30/6/2011, administrative charges as per Para 17(d) of IRWO General Rules will be applicable.

Four Important Letters Issued to Allottees on 22nd November 2010
Letter to all Allottees advising about levy of service tax for all instalments paid/payable after 1st July 2010
Letter to allottees in Haryana advising about reduction in stamp duty on registration and requesting them to execute the conveyance deed early
(Vide their Memo No. 118-STR-1-2011/969 dated 25.1.2011, Government of Haryana have withdrawn the above instructions of April 2010 from the date of issue. As such, the concessional stamp duty is no longer available).
Letter to allottees in Noida advising them about Hon. Supreme Court's Judgement of September 2010 and requesting them for early execution of sub-lease deed to avoid payment of penalty
Letter to allottees of Dwelling Units in Gurgaon Phase IV scheme advising them about receipt of completion certificate from HUDA and requesting them for early execution of conveyance deed to take advantage of reduced stamp duty

As a result of IRWO's efforts, Rajasthan Government has agreed to levy stamp duty on the actual cost of the house in the Jaipur scheme, instead of the circle rate. Please click here to read the notification. Allottees of the Jaipur scheme are advised to avail of this opportunity and apply for the draft conveyance deed at the earliest.
